What if your insurance company issues you a partial check and will issue the rest on proof of completion?

FRONTIER realizes that each insurance company is different. If your insurance company holds a portion of your claim money until the work is completed, then we ask that you pay what you have received and will then submit a final bill to your insurance company upon completion of the job. It normally takes 7-10 business days for a check to arrive at your home, and then you call us once you receive final payment.

What do I do if my insurance company issues my check to me and to my mortgage company?

FRONTIER realizes that your insurance company may have a check made to both parties when you have a mortgage on your home which may require a signature from the mortgage company and you. When this occurs, we will assist you in submitting the check to the mortgage company for their signature and return to you as soon as possible. When you receive the endorsed check back, you contact us to receive your final payment.

Do you recommend certain roofing manufacturers or brands?
